In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing our services in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ¥100,000, whichever is less.
